Management Pvt. Ltd.'s chairman, Mr. Keshav Acharya (Senior Economist), Mr.
Baburam Thapa (Chairman of Aviyan Group), and their team have warmly welcomed
and appointed Mr. Rameshwor Prasad Kalwar as Director, representing Aviyan
Investment Group of Nepal Ltd., effective July 8, 2024. Mr. Kalwar brings 33
years of extensive experience in the power sector, including roles in
generation, transmission, and distribution, and has previously served as a
member of the Electricity Regulatory Commission Nepal. This strategic move aims to bolster the company's leadership and
drive future growth.
